I can't figure out how to put piccies up on this laptop. Is doing my head in!!!
Our little darlings are lovely:o)
We have a routine and every night, about 10.30ish we all go to bobo's:)
I usually wake them up with my fidgeting...due to rickety, aching, restless legs and the such.
And, at 6am each morning, Tinks goes all soft and jumps up and cuddles up to Junior:o)
Spook cuddles up to me. Ringo sleeps on top of the wardrobe, Jimmy boots out Cilla and sleeps in her bed!...musical beds:o)
Come 6.30am...the youngsters play chase:o)...all over the blummin place. If we are too knackered, then there is many a flying shoe in our house!!

Jimmy
Have to blog this, in case we forget.'
We have Mother's cat, Jimmy's living here with us as she's not allowed pets where she is now. Safe to say tht he's not used to living with eleven other cats, having lived the pampered life with Mother for the last 7 years:o) Prior to that, he lived a stray's life on the sheltered housing complex where they 'met'. He belonged to someone...but no-one definite. He was a feline tramp:o( So, when Mother came along he 'adopted' her....knowing that he was onto a good thing:o)..and she needed someone/thing to look after. It was a good match.
Anyway, now he is at Chez Min. She can see him any time and see for herself that he's ok. He sits on her knee when she visits and purrs away for a while....then buggers off! Payback for 'abandoning' him...she thinks. She pays for his upkeep and sends him tins of the finest salmon for his little tummy. Ah, he has her for a right sucker!!
Well, he can be a bit of a grumpy old fart....feline version of Victor Meldrew:o) He growls. Likes to go out to do the 'toilet'. Trouble is, when he goes out he fights any cat in sight. Territorial stuff. Our garden is 'his' and no-one else's...sort of stuff. So, he comes back with war wounds and lots of parasites!! Bloody yuk!!
I spend an absolute fortune on Frontline and Drontal...but still they only just keep fleas and worms at bay.
Anyway, because of the territorial stuff, Jimbob is staying in. I do not want more vet bills...plus, people around here aren't really cat friendly, as per Muppet, who has been hurt by someone and is now recovering upstairs.
So, Jimbob is being kept in. He hates it, of course...growls for Bloody England and any empire that there may be!! The others just parade around and tell him, in their own way, to belt up and be grateful:o)
So, four months of growling we have endured. I appreciate he likes to poop in private....but 'get over it'!! lol
Yesterday....we were out for ages. A Mother emergency. We left him in the kitchen. Door open but there is a dog gate..to stop Cilla from wandering and wrecking the place, but any cat can jump over the gate if they so wish. Not Fartarse, though!! Too posh to jump!!
We came back and fed our pride of puddy tats:o) They were sooo pleased to see us:o) And, guess what? For the first time I have EVER seen....Jimmy played:o) As in....scooting around (with LooLoo) and playing:o) Proper cat play. Happy and jolly. Yay
We are definitely doing something right, then:o).....?
Not everything, though.
He crapped in the kitchen sink! Little Barstard!!

Boxes
My lot ar partaying lately!!!
They're a lovely lot:o) and are finding their place in the house.
Ringo and Bart like to sleep on top of a wardrobe. They cuddle up together and behave well during the night. Tinkabelle likes to join the boys, too:o)
Now, cats like cardboard boxes. My lot definitely do. We have so many in the house of late. It's because, when we go up to the local supermarket, they charge for carrier bags, but their empty cardboard boxes are free!! So, we carry home shopping via the cardboard boxes.
Anyway, Junior gets pissed off with clutter. She really hates it. So, one of the cardboard boxes has ended up on top of the afore-mentioned wardrobe. Out of the way. Out of tripping up over distance:o) Believe me, bashing ingrowing toenails against floor clutter pisses one off!!
So.....Tinkerbelle. Sweet Tinkerbelle.
She has developed this habit of....munching cardboard.
She chomps away at the side of the box and spits out, like some conveyour belt. After a while she's made quite an immpression (no pun intended). So, I look at her 'work' and.......penny drops:o)
She's made an entrance way...bit like a cat flap minus the flap. Beats jumping up onto top of wardrobe and then making a racket to get into box. She just walks into it now. Clever girl.
I have got piccies, but will post later...once I figure out how:o)

Poor Granny Green Teeth
Poor Muppet....elderly, semi-feral lady who, along with her sister, is more trouble than the others put together....has been injured.
She's got a wound to her side which has, thankfully, been healing. So, she is being kept indoors. She hates it of course and is making it known by 'missing' the cat litters!! Arghhh!!!! Still, better safe than sorry, bearing in mind that it's trick or treat season and bonfire night next week. All pets are better off indoors, me thinks. Saves humungous vets bills and tears if some idiot gets to hurt them. I think someone has had a go at poor Mup. She's such a gentle soul, too. Very quiet, generally. The very opposite of her sister who holds the title of most cantankerous cat on this planet!!..
So, cat run is due to be built soon....that's if rickety joints are up to it....and if I can find the charger for the drill:o) How hard can it be to build a cat pen? Will let you know:o)
Until then, mogs are ok. The younger ones race around the house like little terriers sometimes..with the dog in hot pursuit. She's too fat to keep up with them. Is very funny to see. Right from the garden room, upstairs, through all the rooms and back down again...only to be repeated..again and again. Good exercise but a houseproud person's nightmare:o)
Junior giggles away at this. Nobody apart from us has seen this, so must video it at some point....and hope that I can keep up with them.
Meanwhile....it's Halloween and the mogs...and the dog...won't settle! Eeeeek! Only four hours until sunrise:o)

Popeye isn't too well. A bit under the weather. Plenty of tlc for him:o)
Where ever there is a box, there's a cat!! Popeye, in this case:o) No doubt seeking a bit of peace and quiet.

Trevor
Nearly came home with mog no 13 the other day.
We parked up in a supermarket car park and this little black cat sidled up to me, miaowing away..obviously hungry.
Arghhhh!!
So, softy here picks him up and puts him in car.
He is a friendly little thing...and has huge balls for one so little!! I have an inkling that he isn't lost, just hankering after some grub and attention.
What to do? Anyway, before I take him home and put a 'Found' ad in the local post office, I spot a house and wonder if this is his home? Yes it is.
A few minutes later, cat returned to owner. I reckon he (Trevor - who is, apparently, a bit naughty) was a tad pissed off. Apparently, he has been snipped, so God knows how big they were pre-op? lol

Jimmy still has the moves!!
Mother's cat, Jimmy, is settling in.
He is used to lording it. Being the centre of attention, etc Pre-mother it seems he had a crap life, so he deserves a bit of attention.
Well. This week we have let the mogs explore the rest of the house. Never seen Jimbob move so fast, chasing Honeypot....up the stairs. Ahhhh....the old lad still has it in him:o)
Mother, meanwhile, seems to spend half her time blubbing about how guilty she feels letting him go. Guiltfest! Meanwhile, the old lad is having a whale of a time. No telling Mother, though. She will not listen. Jimbob SURELY must be missing her? Ha!!! In your dreams!!
More gratuitous piccies of nice moggies.
Honey...who likes to watch the iMac...she follows the mouse:o)

Tinks.....what you looking at?!!! She always looks so cross but really is the opposite....and blummin' hyper!!

Megan...chilling out...at last!! Note the cuddly teddy bear. The sofa (not my style at all) came with the house. Won't fit through the door, unless it's chopped up...so it stayed put!

Olive, being all regal:o) Henry VIII lording it in the background! The chair is one that Mother donated so I can sit down AND get up again.....'cos of me arthriticky joints.

Don't think Honeypot approves of being photod while eating! Waaah!!
